Whenever a new update is available, you’ll be notified right away! As soon as you open the application, a modal window will appear to inform you about the update.
You’ll be presented with two options:
If you choose this option, the update process will start automatically. All you need to do is wait — the application will download and install the update in the background, then restart itself with the latest version. No manual steps required on your part.
Not ready to update just yet? No problem. By selecting this option, the modal window will close, and you can continue using the application as usual. You’ll still have the option to install the update later.
To initiate the update at a later time, simply click the download icon located next to the user menu on the main screen. This will reopen the same update modal, allowing you to begin the update whenever it’s convenient for you.
